Important Note on Our Products
All products sold by Arived are energetically Cleansed, Energized, and Programmed before dispatch. Once worn or used, the product connects with the recipient’s auric field and cannot be used by another individual.
Hence, products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, except under the limited circumstances listed below:

Damage or Defect Reporting
If any product arrives damaged or missing, we require a complete uncut video of the unboxing as proof to claim replacement. Claims without unboxing video footage will not be considered.
Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damaged or missing items. If unboxing video is not proper, no claims will be guaranteed.

Exchange and Replacement Eligibility
We will only process replacement requests under the following conditions:
• The product received is different from what was ordered.
• The product was damaged or lost during shipping.
• You can provide proof of purchase or receipt.
Note: Requests must be raised within 1 day of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past expiry.
• Goods unsealed after delivery (due to hygiene or energy integrity reasons).
• Products worn, altered, or used post-delivery.
• Sale items or discounted purchases.

Shipping Responsibility for Returns
You are responsible for any costs or risks related to returning goods, unless the replacement is due to a mistake or damage on our part. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
Returns must be shipped to the address given to you when you raise the return request.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of product receipt or confirmation of return shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No processing fee will be charged.
